• This rowing machine is an HC-class exercise machine, which, in accordance with DIN EN 957-1/7, is not suitable for therapeutic training.
• Max. weight capacity 120 kg.
• The rowing machine must only be used for its intended purpose!
• Any other use is prohibited and may be dangerous. The importer cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use.
• You are training on a machine that has been designed in accordance with the latest safety standards. Potential sources of danger that could cause injury have been eliminated as far as possible.

To avoid injuries and/or accidents, please read and follow these simple rules:

1. Do not allow children to play with the equipment or near it.
2. Check regularly that all screws, nuts, handles and pedals are securely tightened.
3. Replace defective parts immediately and do not use the equipment until it has been repaired. Also be on the lookout for any signs of material fatigue.
4. High temperatures, moisture and water splashes must be avoided.
5. Read the operating instructions carefully before using the equipment.
6. The machine requires sufficient clearance in all directions (at least 1.5 m).
7. Place the equipment on a firm and level surface.
8. Do not exercise immediately before or after meals.
9. Always have a doctor examine you before starting a fitness programme.
10. The safety of the equipment can only be guaranteed if you check the wear parts at regular intervals. These are marked with * in the parts list.
11. Fitness equipment must under no circumstances be used as play equipment.
12. Do not stand on the housing.
13. Do not wear loose clothing; instead, wear suitable workout clothing such as a tracksuit.
14. Wear shoes and never train barefoot.
15. Ensure that no third parties are in the vicinity of the equipment, as other people could be injured by the moving parts.

This exercise machine is intended for home use. The equipment complies with the requirements of DIN EN 957-1/7 Class HC. The CE marking refers to EC Directives 2014/30/EU and 2014/35/EU. In the event of improper use of this equipment (e.g. excessive training, incorrect settings, etc.), health risks cannot be ruled out.
