Training the way you want it

The Bio Force Extreme Sixpack Plus from FINNLO proves that effective muscle-building training is also possible at home and does not require a gym. The sturdy frame of the Bio Force Extreme has four pull points on each side at shoulder height to which the pulleys can be attached. This allows you to customise the grip width for pulling and pressing exercises and create different exercise variations.

The upper pull points also enable vertical pulling exercises, which are particularly important for back and abdominal muscle training. Thanks to the height-adjustable seat cushion, even tall users over 1.80 m in height can effectively utilise the full range of motion.

The lower pull points are used for hanging in the leg extension module or for exercises with pull direction from below. Top exercises on the low cable pulley include side raises, squats, deadlifts, rowing, curls or variations of the butterfly and shoulder press.

Both cable pulls can be used unilaterally at all pulling points or connected via the lat bar. For maximum freedom during training, you can also remove the seat pad with leg module and thus perform three-dimensional training without limits.

With the practical slide lock, the training weight can be quickly selected with just one movement and precisely adjusted to your needs in 1.25 kg increments. The two independent cable pulleys generate a maximum resistance of 62.5 kg each during training, which adds up to a total resistance of 125 kg when used simultaneously. This means that both beginners and ambitious athletes will get their money's worth with the Bio Force Extreme.
