The POLAR H7 is an all-rounder and simultaneously connects to a compatible POLAR training computer and your cardio device over a transmission range of up to 10 metres.
The sensor transmits your heart rate in real time to your compatible POLAR heart rate monitor or smartphone/ tablet training application so you can get the most out of every workout.
The H7 chest strap from Polar combines the energy-saving Bluetooth smart technology with an encrypted 5 kHz transmission and thus supports the connection with most POLAR training computers and other compatible devices. The comfortable soft belt, which fits your body perfectly, does not restrict your natural movement.
