Modular half rack for barbell training, pull-ups & dips
The HAMMER Half Rack RH30 is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to train professionally at home. With its sturdy construction and well thought-out features, it offers you everything you need for a varied and effective full-body workout - from classic barbell training to pull-ups and functional training with resistance bands. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, this rack adapts to your training level and grows with your goals.
Multifunctional and individually adjustable
Thanks to the 7-position height-adjustable barbell rack, you can organise your training flexibly - whether for squats, shoulder presses or bench presses. The additional integrated safety rests can be adjusted to four different heights and are coated with rubber to protect your barbell and reduce noise. This means you not only train safely, but also comfortably.
Train with your body weight
The integrated pull-up bar allows you to effectively build upper body strength and grip strength. Dips have also been considered: the height and width-adjustable dip handrails allow you to perform customisable bodyweight training for chest, shoulders and triceps as well as push-ups at the lowest level.
Additional features for more organisation and efficiency
With the practical hooks for resistance bands on the lower frame, you can add even more variability to your workout - for assisted pull-ups or additional resistance for bench presses, for example. Two side holders for weight discs keep things tidy and make it easy to change weights. And an additional rack for your barbell creates space and safety after your workout.
Practical weight disc racks
Two holders provide space for your weight discs with a diameter of 30 mm - safely stowed away and always ready to hand for the next set. This keeps your training area tidy and everything is quickly to hand.
Stable and gentle on the floor - even with heavy loads
For maximum stability, the rack can be anchored to the floor if required - perfect for intensive training sessions with heavy weights. The non-slip rubber feet protect your floor, regardless of whether you are training on parquet, tiles or carpet.
Top quality for your home gym
The HAMMER Half Rack RH30 combines all the functions of a professional rack in a compact and intelligently designed device. It is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to train seriously at home - versatile, space-saving and robust.
