That’s why the FINNLO MED 3.0 has a particularly user-friendly heart rate program, an optional chest strap and a coded Polar receiver (5 kHz). After defining the target frequency, the program helps you to achieve the correct training intensity via biofeedback and automatically controls your training in case of deviations.
In addition to the precise manual control in 5-watt steps from 15-750 watts, you can complete a watt-constant and optimally regulated medical training session using the watt-sensitive program. In order to avoid overloads at decreasing speeds and increasing intensity, a speed limit is entered when the program is specified, below which the pedal resistance is strongly reduced.
