A protective floor mat provides a secure base for your fitness equipment. It protects carpets, wooden or stone floors, provides a non-slip training surface and also reduces noise. Why should I train with a chest strap heart rate monitor?

With the help of a chest strap heart rate monitor, the heart rate can be read and monitored on every fitness machine with an integrated pulse receiver. How heavy are weight cuffs?

What are Vario cranks?

Vario cranks are orthopaedic aids for training on an ergometer or home trainer. They are the ideal training accessory after injury, surgery or joint damage. An adjustable crank radius allows crankshaft adjustment with reduced flexion and extension of knee joints.

Our Vario cranks are:

• Flexibly adjustable from 30–170 mm
